Just about a year ago, I quit smoking. I smoked ½ pack of cigarettes a day for about 20 years. I’m very happy to have quit, however, I gained approx. 15 pounds. I hate the extra weight. None of my clothes fit and I am not interested in shopping for new clothes. I feel icky and don’t like what I see in the mirror.
So, tonight I joined Weight Watchers Online. I used WW 10 years ago and really like the points program. They are offering 7 days free and then $49 for one month and after that it’s $16.95/month.
If I keeps me focused on healthy eating, then it’s worth every penny. I’ll periodically blog about my weight loss progress.

HouseHopeful - I am finding the online tool to be wonderful! I only started it yesterday, but I'm already back into the Point thing. Today, I ate a boiled egg and a single serving of Silk Soy Milk for breakfast (I'm STARVING -- it's 11:45 here) and for lunch I'm going to have 1 cup of veggie soup, 3 oz. of turkey lunchmeat and an apple. I do not know what's for dinner yet! I actually totally dig the Point thing.
