Pay off 2nd Mortgage of $70,000 - balance as of 8/25/08 = $67,400

Boy, not too many things have I purchased that cost over $1k.

Car $8k (1990 300ZX bought in 2000)
Condo $530k
Interior Paint Job for Condo - $2k
Repair on Car (lifters) $1.5k
Ekornes leather recliner - $1.3k

I *think* that's it. Interesting!
